Width tolerance: ≤0.1mm

Burr: ≤0.03mm

S degree deviation: within 1000mm, one direction is not more than 0.1mm

Wave degree: ≤15mm/1000mm (span not less than 1000mm, and height not exceeding 15mm)

2. Processing range:

Sheet thickness: 0.18～0.35mmSheet

Width: 40mm～400mm

Film length: 400～2500mm

Punching diameter: 10mm～24mm

Punching position: two-way offset along the center line

V punch eccentricity (along the sheet center): 30mm

3. Precision: Length Tolerance:0.2mm/1m

Angle Tolerance: 0.1°Shearing burrs: ≤0.02mm (500,000 times/each sharpening once)

Punching burr: ≤0.02mm (200,000 to 300,000 times/each sharpening once)
