1. The punching station adopts a toothed six-mode integral turntable, which ensures the absolute centering of the upper and lower dies, improves the concentricity of the dies, and prolongs the life of the dies;

2. Also avoid the damage of the punching die caused by frequent die replacement.

3. Four-, six- or eight-position turntable structure can be provided according to user requirements.

4. The punching station is equipped with a mechanical two-way positioning device. During the working process, there is no need for the operator to draw a cross line or punch a sample at the position where the copper and aluminum row needs to be punched, which saves working time and improves work efficiency.

5. The punching die is designed with polyurethane pad + spring: it makes the die return faster and the workpiece effect is better.

6. The shearing and punching station adopts a precise 60mm large-diameter hydraulic column: the shearing force and punching force are more stable, powerful and uniform, and the processed workpiece is better.
